Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-02
These terms govern your use of EvenShift (https://evenshift.ca). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
EvenShift generates fair weekly schedules for your venue: no automatic assignment over a requested day off, a reason on every shift, a fairness score on every week.
Your responsibility
EvenShift is a decision-support tool. The manager reviews, edits, and publishes every schedule. Compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and collective agreements remains the employer’s responsibility. Managers confirm they have authority to enter their staff’s information.
Plans and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. After that: Solo CA$49/month or CA$490/year; Group CA$199/month or CA$1,990/year (outside Canada, the same numbers in USD). Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe. To cancel, email s.zaripov95@gmail.com — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes may be added. Fairness features are never removed from any plan.
Acceptable use
No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, resale, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for scheduling decisions made by your organization.
Termination and changes
You can close your account any time (s.zaripov95@gmail.com). We may update these terms with reasonable notice shown in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province of EvenShift’s principal place of business. Contact: s.zaripov95@gmail.com.
